Catamaran FAQ

Sorry we do not do overnight charters

Can we go everywhere?

Sorry we cannot go to Zapatilla Islands, Red Frog, Bird Island, Bluff, it takes a much faster vessel, we are a very enjoyable experience with many amenities but we cannot “Race around and see everything “ We only have time for a few premium destinations and recommend to just get out on the water and relax.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 7 day advanced notice cancellation policy with a 7 day refund process period.

What is your bad weather policy?

We want you to enjoy your experience, but we are in the tropics, please have a tropical attitude, we do not sail in unsafe weather, and we are really good at feeling out the weather, there is not a weather radar station within 100 miles, so please do not rely solely on weather apps, if it isn’t enjoyable for us it won’t be for you, we do have occasional rain or morning storm delays but we can depart as late as 12:30 pm and still get the entire tour in, if the tour is canceled for inclement weather, not cloudiness and mild showers that are common, and if we cannot reschedule please allow us 7 days to process the deposit refund.

What is your alcohol consumption policy?

Currently we allow guest to bring their own alcoholic beverages, no bottle beers, but request responsible drinking, we do provide ice and coolers, if you require additional ice please let us know in advance.

Can we go to both destinations the same day?

We cannot go to starfish beach and dolphin bay the same day, they are too far apart, however each tour goes to solarte coral gardens.

Can you pick pick us up at our resort or hotel?

We cannot pick up at other islands or locations, a 42 foot catamaran isn’t fast enough and the draft is too deep, we can only depart from bocas town, we are using a variety of docks in town for customer convenience based on your location, a panga brings you to the catamaran.

Do you have child’s life vest?

We have a few and advise guest with very young children to bring their own life vest for their young children or toddlers.

What should we bring?

We encourage guest to bring additional snacks, chips and dips, to make their day on the water more enjoyable, you also need to bring your own towels and sunscreen, we do have fresh water rinse off after swimming.

Can I fish?

We do have fishing poles available but not lures, there is not really good fishing in the main bay but bring a lure and give it a try.

Many companies aren’t legal are you one of them?

We are a Fully Licensed Panamanian Registered Commercial Passenger Vessel with Passenger Insurance with Licensed Captains that have been in Business Since 2014.
